We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of Essence Daily products made through the website at shryxellioshepax.ddd. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including rights under the Federal Trade Commission Act (United States) or applicable state consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
  • The product must not have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order reference number) must be provided
  • The item must be returned to the address provided in our return confirmation email

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, partially consumed, or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return under the standard policy:

  • Products that have been opened or the tamper seal has been broken (unless defective)
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago from the confirmed delivery date
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or use contrary to the product instructions
  • Free samples or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior authorization from us

Defective or damaged items: If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order reference number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
  3. Await confirmation — we will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  5. Provide tracking — we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from us. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If the return is approved:

  • A full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Exchanges

7. Late or Missing Deliveries

If you believe your order has been lost or significantly delayed in delivery, please contact us with your order reference number. We will investigate with our delivery partner and provide an update as soon as possible. For orders confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
